The After-School Program this year is packed with fun and learning!
Our learning program is broken down into 3 major areas - socialization, self- help skills and safety awareness skills. We have “hidden” our learning material into group games, role play and learning step by step by doing together, imagining and problem solving.
We build our Divine Kids skills through, “hands on training”. Our staff guides children through real life scenarios like playing house, cooking, grooming, getting ready for school, getting ready for bed, making the bed, folding and sorting clothes, personal hygiene.. alll skills needed for independent living. Children learning how to properly cross a street and what to do in “real life” emergency situations, whom to call , whom to talk to etc
We teach through play, not demand.
Children are separated into age and behavior appropriate groups; we have large classrooms and a large multi-purpose room, where children play and run free and have fun in-between their structured activities. The number of children is limited to 10 per classroom at once.
Our Autism / ABA Specialist will be supervising and guiding our After-School Program and upon evaluation of your child strenghts and challenges, will develop individualized programs, when necessary to meet the specific needs of each child.
All Divine Care staff has undergone intensive training, focused on understanding and care to meet the needs of special needs children.

Summer Program
Divine Kids Summer Program June 1st - August 31 /2012
Children Ages: – 4 to 21
(All children will be placed in age appropriative peer groups)
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday
Morning Session: 8:00 AM – -12:00 AM
Afternoon Session: 12:00 PM –- 4:00 PM
Location: 6808 N Dysart Rd. Suite 144, Glendale, Az 85307
Transportation: Available for West Valley
PROGRAM DETAILS
The Program this year is packed with fun and learning! We have planned over 100 different activities for this summer!
From arts and crafts, to learning about healthy food and healthy habits, recycle and reuse smart projects, community outings, indoor sports, movie " day's” and museum visits, we are planning to have remarkable time together!

Our Autism / ABA Specialist will be supervising and guiding our summer program and developing individualized programs, when necessary to meet the specific needs of each child.
All Divine Care Summer Program staff will have undergone an intensive training, focused on understanding and care to meet the needs every child.
