Divine Care LLC offers a whole family approach to a day treatment program designed to provide year-round services for the developmentally disabled community through an environment of social enrichment that will include instruction to enhance the consumers’ basic life skills, communication skills, and leisure activities.
Two groups are targeted for our Day Treatment Program: Adults ages 18+ with developmental disabilities program is offered from 8.AM to – 3.PM from Monday through Friday and Children ages 4 to 21 with developmental disabilities in an afterschool program from 2.PM - 7.PM Monday through Friday on a daily basis.
Summer program is offered for children ages 4 to 21 to provide a continuum of services initiated in the afterschool program.
Transportation is provided for each group for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory (wheelchair) consumers.
Our goal is to develop a collaborative relationship between Divine Care, the consumers, their families, and other pertinent team members in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment which will aid in developing and/or maintaining individual skill levels. The program builds upon individual strengths and enhances skills by offering the consumers an environment to interact with each other and the community.
